North Dakota Clover Honey places hives on her family farm in the Grand Forks, North Dakota area. The bees thrive during the long summer days on sweet clover which grows 5-7 feet tall during the months of June, July and August in the rich black moist soil of the Red River Valley of the North. In addition to sweet clover they also forage on alfalfa, wildflowers and sunflowers which grow in abundance in the area. This beautiful light gold honey has a delicate mild flavor.
